Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Times
- Standard delivery within South Africa: an estimated 3–7 business days after dispatch
- Remote areas may take up to 10 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates exclude the order processing time.
Shipping Costs Standard delivery within South Africa is included in our displayed product prices. Express delivery and international shipping are charged separately, with the applicable charge shown at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please email us immediately at mcebomazubane@icloud.com with your order number so we can resolve the issue.
